Photo of the Week – 30th August 2010

To help celebrate the end of summer, this weeks photo of the week is actually two photos from this years music festival SW4. It might not be Woodstock but it was still good fun!

Photo of the Week – 9th August 2010

Loving the sun! I was thinking the other day… I haven’t had one wet wedding this year, compared to last year which was WET! So this image popped into my mind from the other week. I love the warm tones that the sun has created and the way it shines through Louise’s veil.

Photo of the Week – 19th July 2010

This week an action shot of confetti and rice being thrown at the bride and groom as they leave the town hall. I think this image captures a moment, I love the hands on the left throwing it and the hands on the right paused ready to go!

A great image from Soulwax’s performance at Ibiza Rocks this year. I just think it looks pretty cool!

Twlight Snowdon

It’s hard to believe that this photograph has had no manipulation. What you see is how it looked! That day I had just climbed mount Snowdon in Wales and this photo was the view from our campsite as the sun set. Amazing!

Down on the farm

Down on the farm! All the boys…
I thought this image deserves a photo of the week top spot as I always get comments on it. The venue said I was the first photographer to use the tractor in wedding photos? Which seems a bit weird to me  – it’s such a great prop!

Bridesmaids

I really like this image of two bridesmaids running down stairs, they had just finished getting ready and were off to play outside! Totally off the cuff I managed to get the camera and hold it out above the staircase. Good job I didn’t drop it!  The venue was Audley End House in Essex.
